Frequently Asked Questions
When do I have to have my pledges turned in by?
To qualify for prizes, we must receive your donations by May 21. The easiest way to ensure we receive all your pledges on time is to turn them in at your Walk on May 5.
When will I receive confirmation that I can select my prizes?
You will receive an email confirmation about a week after pledges are finalized on May 21. This email will include a username, password and link to our online store where you can shop for the prizes you prefer.
When are the orders due?
You will need to place your order by June 18. If you have not received an email regarding your prizes by July 9, please contact us.
How long will it take for them to be shipped to my home?
All prizes will be mailed directly to you, and should arrive in mid-July.
What if I don't have computer access?
We will have a hard copy order form for participants who don't have access to computers or email.
